Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hung is General Secretary, Member of the Council of Vietnam Bankers Association. He was born in 1960, in Hanoi, has a doctorate in economics, a bachelor’s degree in banking, with nearly 40 years of experience in banking and finance. After many years of working with Agribank, experienced many different positions such as Head of Credit Department, Director of Agribank Hanoi, Deputy General Director of Agribank. In 2014, he was trusted by the Governor of the State Bank to hold the position of Chairman of the Members’ Council of Vietnam Asset Management Company Limited (VAMC). During the time leading VAMC, he made an active contribution to the settlement of bad debts before being appointed Director of the Credit Department of Economic Sectors of the State Bank from January 1, 2017.
In 2020, he was elected by the members of the Association of Banks as a member of the Council of the Vietnam Bankers Association, term VII and assumed the position of General Secretary.

Dr. Phan Thanh Duc is a Senior Lecturer, Dean of the Faculty of Management Information System – Banking Academy. He has over 25 years of teaching, researching and consulting information technology in the fields of administration, banking and education. His research focuses on solutions for Business Process Management, Big Data, Information System Architecture, Data Administration. He is a member of the Data Management Association DAMA, a member of the Asia Leadership Fellow Program (ALFP) and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). Recently, he participated in consulting the Digital Transformation Strategy of Banking Industry as the Team Leader of the National Advisory programme of GIZ (Germany).

GGraduated in International Business Economics from Foreign Trade University, Master of Administration in PGSM, fluent in English with experience working in multicultural, multilingual environments with high discipline and ethics; Over 22 years of working in banking and financial services with in-depth knowledge of applying Information Technology to financial services; As one of the members participating in the projects of implementing the first ATM/POS and Corebanking system in Vietnam; Previously held roles such as Project Manager, Consultant for World Bank and major financial institutions in Vietnam;

Currently he is the Head of Digital Bank Division, directly responsible for:

Mr. Do Quang Vinh is the youngest Deputy General Director of SHB, considered as one of the “new wind”, especially playing an important role in many digital transformation and modernization projects of the bank.
He has more than 10 years of experience in Finance – Banking and is holding many important positions at SHB: Deputy General Director of SHB Bank cum Head of Digital Banking Division; Deputy Director of Retail Banking Division, Standing Vice Chairman of the Board of Members of SHB Finance Company Limited (SHB Finance). Before that, he was the Chairman of the Board of Members of SHB Finance.
Mr. Do Quang Vinh holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Business Administration at the University of East Anglia, UK; he has experienced many senior management positions in the banking sector at prestigious domestic and foreign organizations.

Bruce Delteil is the Managing Partner of McKinsey & Company’s Vietnam office. He is working at the intersection of digital,strategy, and implementation and he leads the firm’s work on merger management in Southeast Asia. He has served leading corporations, local conglomerates, state-owned enterprises, and multinationals throughout Asia.

Bruce’s work is primarily focused on financial services, with experience serving clients across other sectors – including real estate, oil & gas and automotive. He has extensive experience advising clients on topics related to strategic planning and growth, large-scale transformations, mergers and acquisitions, and organization design. He also works with local governments on economic development and investment strategies.
 
Passionate about driving digital innovation in Vietnam, Bruce has spearheaded thought leadership around building digital ecosystems and working alongside leaders in Vietnam to reinvent their businesses and operating models through digital capabilities.
 
Some recent examples of Bruce’s client work include:
• Designing an end-to-end product journeys for a banking institution in Vietnam across its offline and online channels for both its banking and non-banking ecosystems
• Advising a banking institution on developing a network optimization plan
• Helping an Asian conglomerate implement a 12-month innovation program that included design thinking and new customer journeys
• Supporting the post-merger integration of a large Asian technology, media, and telecom organization
 
Bruce has lived and worked in Southeast Asia since 1996 and is passionate about the region. He relocated to McKinsey’s Hanoi office in August 2019 after living in Singapore and Jakarta. He is fluent in English, French, and Bahasa Indonesia. Outside of work, Bruce is a published songwriter and recording artist.

Vu Tran joined AWS in July 2020 as Director of Strategic Accounts after 18 years of working in various senior leadership positions, with a broad range of domains such as Cloud, Software, Hardware, Services, Manufacturing, HR, etc. 

Vu is passionate for innovation, operation excellence and people development. At AWS Vietnam, he has been working as a trusting partner for enterprises such as VIB, THP, Pharmacity, ACB, Sacombank, Timo, PNJ, Trung Nguyen, Sabeco, Circle K, etc to initiate and accelerate their cloud journey. 

Prior to AWS, Vu worked for IBM for 12 years. His last role at IBM was Segment Leader of Digital Business Automation, IBM ASEAN, with the aim to drive business automation for customers in 6 countries in ASEAN. Before the regional role, he was Country Manager of Software Group, IBM Vietnam, with contribution to many remarkable and first implementations in the market including Watson Health, Cloud, and Security.

Vu holds a Bachelor of Engineering, Telecommunications at Ho Chi Minh University of Technology.
