VIETNAM ENERGY SUMMIT 2020

Co-hosted by the Government of Vietnam and Central Economic Commission, Vietnam Energy Summit 2020 has successfully taken place on July 22th, 2020 at International Convention Center, Hanoi with the theme “Orientation of Vietnam’s national energy development strategy to 2030, vision to 2045”.

 

Vietnam Energy Summit 2020 has been highly regarded as one of the most comprehensive energy events in Vietnam with 01 High-level Forum and 04 Conference sessions that covers such pressing issues as energy transition, energy infrastructure development, renewable energy sources (wind power, solar power, LNG, etc.) and energy efficiency and savings. Delivered by over 60 eminent professionals worldwide, the Summit is an intimate platform for delegates to catch up with the emerging trends, gain insights and precious international experience on energy development.

 

Vietnam Energy Summit 2020 was honored to be given the chance to hold MoU signing ceremonies for energy megaprojects, worth more than 20 billion USD, between local authorities and energy investors. With the witness of high-ranking leadership from Vietnam and international organizations, the MoUs between Trungnam Group- Ninh Thuan province, Chan May LNG – Thua Thien Hue province, CIP – Asiapetro – Novasia – Binh Thuan province, Vietsovpetro/PVC-MS – Enterprize Energy, TPBank – Bamboo Capital JSC have marked new milestones in the development of Vietnam’s energy system.

 

In addition, Vietnam Energy Summit 2020 Expo brought together over 20 booths from such leading local and international names in the energy industry as Trungnam Group, Vietsovpetro, CIP, Wartsila, BIM Group, LONGi, Huawei, Angelin Energy, etc. Through this expo, visitors are granted an unique opportunity to acquire hands-on experience of latest renewable energy projects and technologies that are being deployed successfully around the world and are expected to reshape the Vietnam’s energy landscape in the near future.
