With the aim of establishing a forum for technology leaders and reputable experts to exchange and share experiences in promoting the digital transformation process, IEC Group and VMware successfully organized the IT Leadership Symposium on April 14, 2022.
In response to the pandemic’s impact, to ensure business continuity, enhance productivity, and gain competitive advantages in 2022, enterprises are focusing on strategic planning to accelerate digital development, which is an inevitable trend. However, without proper roadmap and innovative solutions, digital transformation plans may become futile against challenges such as outdated systems, backward thinking, IT personnel shortages, and increasing risks.
Under the theme “The Future of Modernization: Driving Innovative Transformation in Vietnam,” IT Leadership Symposium provided valuable insights into modernizing systems, analyzing bottlenecks for businesses, and proposing policy mechanisms for sustainable development in the digital future.
Topics discussed during the symposium included:
- Building relationships and customer engagement in the digital world;
- Enhancing customer experience during the COVID-19 era;
- Promoting technology integration and partnerships between banks and Fintech;
- Reconnecting branch customers during distancing periods and integrating multi-channel models.
The symposium featured discussions with nearly 20 senior leadership representatives from conglomerates and major enterprises in finance, telecommunications, energy, and transportation sectors such as Vietinbank, Techcombank, VIB, SSI, AIS, Central Power Corporation, Saigon Newport Corporation, etc.
