Transforming Vietnam into a regional smart manufacturing hub by 2045 has been one of the highest priorities set out in the national strategy to embrace Industry 4.0. As FDI inflows expect to continually increase after the impressive handling of COVID-19 and several important FTAs have recently come into effect, Vietnam is now at its turning point to accelerate digital adoption, reshape the industry and thrive as the factory of Asia.
