John is driving SoftServe’s growth in APAC, leading a talented team bringing SoftServe vast experiences from the US and EMEA to serve our new and growing client based in the region.

John has spent the last 20 years working in leading edge technologies with a passion for translating what outcomes will be delivered for his customers. After 10 years of various regional and global leadership roles with HP Enterprise, John leads two European teams for start-ups acquired by IBM and Ericsson. John then ran his own consultancy working with business leaders on acquisition and growth strategies. John joined the SoftServe team in 2016 spearheading our growth into new markets in EMEA and now carries that experience to deliver the same exceptional experiences for our clients across APAC.

Wen has 25 years of experience building global teams, products, and services for organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 50. As SoftServe APAC CTO, he leads a team of business and technology experts who work with customer executives to transform their strategic objectives into technology-enabled business success. Prior to joining SoftServe, Wen was the Global Head of Innovation Advisory at Amazon Web Services, a consultancy that helped enterprises worldwide with their organizational and culture blockers to innovation. Working across diverse industries such as Entertainment, Mining, Government, and Financial Services, his team unlocked billions in business value through accelerating ideas to market and culture transformation.

In 1997, Mr. Hoa started working for the multinational industrial group Schneider Electric (France). During working here, all set of industrial processes in the factory’s line drafted by Thai Hoa was selected by Schneider Group as a model process to train its satellite factories around the world. Before leaving Schneider Electric, he held the position of General Manager of Technology Quality, in charge of the Asia-Pacific region.

He lived and worked for 6 years in Canada, 4 years in France, and nearly 7 years in Hong Kong and China before returning to Vietnam in 2010 and officially joining FPT Corporation in January 2011. Over 5 years working at FPT, he has made a significant contribution to the group’s development through the OneFPT strategy.

He also served as an advisor on Productivity and Quality for the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam and concurrently held the position of Deputy Director, Institute of Science and Technology – Vietnam Software and IT Services Association.

At the end of 2015, he left FPT, and in June 2016, he became the Chief Strategy Officer, and Vice-Chairman of the Strategic Advisory Council, VNPT Group. He joined the Strategic Advisory Council, together with global consultants from Deloitte, and McKinsey, building the aspirational 2030 strategy VNPT 3.0 that goes beyond regional borders and becomes Asia’s Digital Transaction Gateway. (Hub of Asia).

In 2018, Mr. Hoa held the position of Vice Chairman Science and Technology Council, Strategic Advisor and Corporate Governance, Vietnam Petroleum Institute.

Mr. Hoa is also a senior lecturer in Leadership, Strategy, and Restructuring programs at Top Olympia Business School

At Lazada, Tu leads the design and implementation of various capacity building and digital transformation support activities for the local small and medium enterprises through partnership initiatives with various government agencies, organizations and industry associations in order to create long-term meaningful impact for the community as well as Lazada’s customers.
Before joining Lazada, Tu had diverse experiences in providing advisory services for global leading tech companies in the fields of public policy and government relations. She supported leading multinational corporations in the industries of technology, financial services, e-commerce, FMCG, and agricultural supply chains etc. to design and manage the implementation of various Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
Tu holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Leipzig in Germany. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Economic Laws from the Hanoi Law University and a bachelor’s degree in English language from Vietnam’s National University.

Mr. Thanh has more than 15 years of working experience and held important positions in the technology field at big branded companies in Vietnam.

He played many roles from lean start-up to big corporation to build, scale up and optimize technical system and structural organization. He gained depth of experience in eWallet payment and eCommerce marketplace by joining and leading many cross-functional teams with customer centric approach, as well as agile transformation.

Born in 1972, Mr. Nguyen Chien Thang graduated as an engineer majored in aviation equipment and engines and got his Masters’ in Science and Engineering of National Aviation University (Kiev, Ukraine) and in Aerospace Engineering at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (Australia). Mr. Thang has a wealth of 20 years of experience in the management of aviation engineering. 

Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Nguyet is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank. Before taking this position, Ms. Nguyet spent nearly 5 years in different positions in Vpbank as Director of The Center for Business Process Management,  The Director of the Center for Process Management and Operational Risk Control is in charge of operations optimization, digitization and automation of operations, implementation of technology platform projects such as ECM/BPM, Contact Center and lean projects,  RPA Project – these projects have helped vpbank excel in CIR (market leader), improved operational capacity up to nearly 6 times (600%), and optimized thousands of employees.
