WHAT TO EXPECT?
There is no question that the way we work has fundamentally changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Organizations have had to find ways to quickly implement digital solutions to allow for productive and efficient working conditions. According to a new McKinsey Global Survey of executives, companies have accelerated the digitization of their customer and supply-chain interactions and of their internal operations by three to four years.
This time around, enterprises must not only leverage digital powers to reinvent themselves and reboot growth but also increase business resilience in the new normal. CIOs now play an increasingly elevated role as changemakers, leading business and technology initiatives and fostering strong educational partnerships with the CEO and board members. While many have a deep understanding of the strategic importance of transformative technologies such as digital twins, distributed ledgers, and quantum computing, few believe they have the time or resources to innovate while keeping the lights on. Consequently, one burning question remains for CIOs: How do CIOs effectively remain at the forefront of the digital frontier while improving operational excellence?
With the aim of creating a forum for CIOs from key sectors such as Banking – Finance, Energy & Utilities, E-commerce & Retail, etc to discuss and share best practices on how to leverage technology to advance the digital strategy and enablement towards business success, IEC Group in collaboration with Softserve co-organize a high-level roundtable featuring the theme “Accelerating Innovation Through Operational Excellence” on June 2rd, 2022.
